The Last Guardian EP 'Bewinged Beast'
With all the excitement of MAGFest 2020, I completely missed the release of Bewinged Beast, a 4-track EP of The Last Guardian covers by BillytheBard11th. The EP features three remastered covers as well as one new track, “Overture: Lore”. Much like the titular character, covers from The Last Guardian are a rare beast so I had to take a listen for myself. The album features Billy’s signature pummeling riffs along with several orchestral interludes, and overall, the album should please both The Last Guardian fans and fans of BillytheBard11th aka the King of Extreme.
