Treat Yourself to Bossa de Hyrule
As summer draws to a close, we’re treated to a sublime VGM treat courtesy of Steven Morris. Much like Steven’s earlier albums (Relax’N and Halloween VGM), Bossa de Hyrule is a focused, but fun EP that never overstays its welcome. This time, Steven draws inspiration from the Zelda series, and in his own words, “each track is arranged in a bossa nova style and includes nylon-stringed guitar, fretless bass, electric reed piano, a variety of latin percussion, and a wind section that helps to emphasize the jazzy harmony.” This album is perfect for lazy days at the pool or, if you prefer, relaxing at the local Goron Hot Springs.
