This Metroid Cover Goes Deep

GuitarGeek25 has been pumping out high-quality covers lately, but this one takes the cake. The track opens with a somber acoustic arrangement that transforms into a high-voltage alt-rock arrangement with screaming solos and several hair flips. When you combine a compelling arrangement with moody, low-level lighting, the result is a wonderful VGM stew that sacrifices none of the qualities that made the original track so engaging. I don’t know about you, but I am loving the renaissance of VGM guitarists lately. Now, if we just get Jam2995 to start making music again…
