It's the Most Wonderful Time of the Year!
Forget Christmas—Soundole’s Chill Out Cover Competition is the highlight of my year for the past three years. In case you forgot, I credit Soundole with giving me the inspiration to start creating VGM covers, and for that, I am eternally grateful.
For the uninitiated, the Chill Out Cover Competition is a month-long contest that challenges musicians to create a cover of a piece of video game music in a relaxed, chilled out style. Entries must be publicly uploaded to YouTube by 23:59, EST, May 31st, 2020 to be eligible. For more details, read the description in the video posted above, but I should highlight the fact that there are six prizes. Six prizes!
