Get ready for the spookiest contest of the year! GameGrooves Costume Contest returns from the grave, and this time, the prize is to die for!

• Challenge: Make a video game cover and feature a costumed performer or character (it can be you or someone else) in a video cover.

• Deadline: October 31st at 11:59 pm EST.

• Prize: The grand prize winner (chosen by GameGrooves) will receive $200.

• Judging Criteria: I will judge each entry based on how well it incorporates a costumed performer or character into a video cover.

  • The costume can be store-bought or home-made or you can animate a costume with 2D or 3D animation (please, no Green Lanterns).

  • You can have more than one costumed performer or character.

  • Be as creative as possible with how you incorporate the costume into your video.

• Details:

  • All entries will be included in public playlists, so entries must be uploaded to a public platform (i.e. YouTube)

    • The entry can be unlisted as long as I can add it to a playlist.

  • Include details about your costume (i.e. did you design it yourself?).
