Lackey Reclaims His Look and His Sound

Lackey, the artist formerly known as ShaKe Elite, has returned to the VGM world with a 4-track EP of reworked arrangements called Reclamation. In the short video above, Lackey explains that this album is a chance to re-invent himself by rearranging and remastering some of his older tracks. He then goes on to show the massive improvement in both sound and video quality for each of the four tracks. It’s a shame that this album didn’t come out during the Redux Cover Contest, but I’m still happy to see someone improving their sound, their video, and their image.
