Composer Lena Raine Says Farewell to Celeste
Coinciding with the release of the Celeste DLC today, Celeste: Farewell offers 13 tracks from the 9th Chapter of Celeste. Composer Lena Raine explains on her Bandcamp:
It's been an intimidating prospect, to return to the world of Celeste for one more outing. The original soundtrack releases saw so much love from thousands of people, and so it seemed like an impossible task to follow it up with something new. It was only through creating something different, and adding to the existing sound of the game, that I felt comfortable telling one more story for these characters and world.
I’m definitely one of those thousands of people as Celeste is one of my favorite soundtracks of all time. I can’t wait to dive into this latest offering from Lena Raine, and discover the worlds that she has brought to life with her music.
