If Smash Mouth Covered Mad Monster Mansion

Ro Panuganti teamed up with SixteenInMono for this 90’s rock cover of “Mad Monster Mansion” from Banjo-Kazooie. For this cover, Ro deviates from his usual prog metal style, so instead of down-tuned guitars, we have upbeat chords that sound like they would fit perfectly in a Smash Mouth song. Don’t be fooled though; there’s still plenty of solos and technical wizardry here. I also should make special mention of the video as MattAttack (the cinematographer) captured Ro in a variety of charming and chilling scenarios. After watching so many high-quality haunted covers like this one, is it any wonder that Halloween is my favorite holiday for VGM?
