This Friday, GameGrooves will be releasing its 4th charity album, Rainbow Roads: A Queer Tribute to Video Game Music. This album seeks to highlight LGBTQ+ composers, characters and video games as well as cover artists.

While 2020 has been a challenging year for almost everyone, it has been a banner year for video game music, with the release of several highly anticipated titles. What’s more, the video game cover community has been more active than ever.

To celebrate 5 years of Undertale, Dylan Leggett enlisted the help of fellow VGM musicians Hugo Junstrad, Soundole, BlackearacheXD, and Christian Richardson for this incredible cover of “Undertale”.

From the moment that Ro Panuganti told me about Moon Rock over two years ago, I was sold. A rock tribute to one of my favorite gaming soundtracks of all time, Super Mario Odyssey, seemed like a smash hit.
