This Ocarina Cover Is No Monkey Business!

This short, but sweet ocarina cover by David Erick Ramos pays tribute to the Monkey Island series from the early 90s. While I’ve never played the game series myself, I can fully appreciate the whimsical soundtrack reminiscent of folk songs and sea shanties. Of course, the soundtrack is greatly enhanced by David’s choice of musical instruments, namely a pair of ocarinas and a ukulele. This is one series that deserves more attention, and I’m glad that David chose to embark on a journey to Monkey Island. Here's hoping this is just one of many such adventures!
