The Game Music Remix Awards are an annual award show created to highlight the incredible artists in the VGM cover and remix community. Congrats again to all the nominees, and without further ado, here are the 5th Annual Game Music Remix Awards’ winners!

While there were plenty of highlights during vgmtogether this past weekend, one moment (or video) stood out from the rest—“Line Them Up! A Paper Mario: The Origami King Concert” brought together over 160 musicians for a 30-minute medley.

Enlisting the help of 15 other musicians (and 3 adorable children), Marc has brought the Final Fantasy 7 Staff Roll to life with a full band cover!

Brass quintet, The Game Brass, caught the VGM world by storm with their winter-themed album Snowtopia which released at the end of 2018. For their follow-up album, they decided to expand their roster and pay tribute to the video game macabre with Brasslevania.
