Over the past year, GameGrooves Music has released 9 albums and 100 tracks, featured over 200 artists, created over 6 hours of music, and generated over $300 for charity.

While GameGrooves has evolved beyond what I initially envisioned, I still wanted a simple way to convey a style of music before the listener even pressed play. Enter the Elements.

For this article, I caught up with five musicians (TorbyBrand, 2 Players for Life, RichGC, Justin Thornburgh, and Fredrik Häthén) to ask about their experience with the Pixel Mixers/GameGrooves charity album Heroes.
