One of my favorite things about the video game music community is that it’s so collaborative. To celebrate this spirit of co-operation, I’ve decided to announce the Co-Op Quick Fire Cover Challenge!

If you enjoyed last month’s Quick Fire Cover Challenge (QFCC), I have great news—this month, we’ll be featuring a new guest host (Jonny Atma!) as well as new prizes!

These 21 artists are all winners because they rose to the challenge and created a Final Fantasy piano cover in just two weeks!

February’s Quick Fire Cover Challenge is going to be a little different as GameGrooves is proud to announce world-renowned pianist Benyamin Nuss as the guest judge for this month!

For the first Quick Fire Cover Challenge of 2021, I asked artists to cover any game that prominently features LGBTQ+ characters, composers, or themes.

Before you get too excited, no, FamilyJules is not entering a Quick Fire Cover Challenge. He is, however, going to be a guest judge for August’s QFCC.
