Now that Halloween is over, it’s time to announce the GameGrooves Costume Contest winner! We had 6 entries total, and each one presented both a stunning arrangement and a creative costume design.

Over the past year, GameGrooves Music has released 9 albums and 100 tracks, featured over 200 artists, created over 6 hours of music, and generated over $300 for charity.

While 2020 has been a challenging year for almost everyone, it has been a banner year for video game music, with the release of several highly anticipated titles. What’s more, the video game cover community has been more active than ever.

The Italian VGM dream team, Dacian Grada and Psamathes, have returned with a 7-track EP paying tribute to Final Fantasy VII.

It was no easy task sorting my favorite albums of 2019, and I think you’ll agree that no matter where you rank each of these albums personally, they all deserve our attention.

Super collaborators Kain White and Psamathes (the duo behind the Pillow Covers series) have re-imagined one of their older arrangements, a haunting Silent Hill: Homecoming track “One More Soul to the Call”.

With over 20 collaborations together, it’s no surprise that Kain White and Psamathes have developed a friendship that extends beyond their music.
